Meet the team

Tim Daverage

Tim has worked in Textiles for 30 years, Tim's skill set is printing.
Tim is a keen cyclist and fell walker (all Wainwrights completed). Recently a self-proclaimed ‘beer influencer’, discovering new real ales and telling everyone about them! The management team at Lantex are all very keen golfers and Tim's Golf Handicap is 9.

John Parker

John has worked in Textiles for 49 years - John is the manufacturer.
Ex Blackburn Rovers Youth, car enthusiast (petrol head) and an ex MGC owner. John is a very good golfer with a Handicap of 8.

Nicki Dunn

Nicki oversees all the bespoke printed and woven production and is the production manager of this department. Nicki has a degree in textile design and has created several of her own design collections. Because of her design background Nicki has an unbelievable attention to design details. Nicki is now in her 14th year with the company.

Dave Cockburn

Dave joined Lantex from leaving school in 1986 and now looks after the day to day running of the warehouse and production workflow. Dave is the works manager. Dave is heavily involved in the local amateur football league scene here in Lancashire and is a keen supporter of Liverpool Football Club, but don’t hold that against him. Like Tim, Dave is a lover of the outdoors and the odd pint of real ale!

Clearly defined roles and responsibilities at Lantex means that you can access advice on every aspect of your design, product, sewing, bespoke requirements.

The average ‘time served’ at Lantex over the 29 full time employees is approximately 15 years.

This continuity means that efficiency and working practices are established and effective – it also means that we enjoy working together!
