Cushion trimmings and bespoke manufacturing of cushions

Lantex has a very long history of working with textiles dating back to 1918, but sometimes customers are not aware of the wide range of services we offer. Cushion manufacturing for instance, Lantex has been manufacturing cushions for several years but quite a lot of customers old and new don’t know this is a service we offer.

The problem is sometimes customers just don’t know were to start and that’s why working with Lantex we can guide you through each stage. Choosing the right fabric base for the cushion, printing the fabric, and then manufacturing the cushion. If printing is not required customers can supply their own fabric or we can source this for you.

If it’s a printed cushion you require this can be printed on any of our fabrics these include cottons, linens, linen unions plus organic fabrics. We also have an extensive collection of man-made fabrics including velvets and suedes.

Cushions can be manufactured with different trimmings. Cushion piping is a great way to add extra value to cushions and we can offer piping in different colours or self-pipe in the printed design or woven linen. Ruche trimmings and tassels can be added to cushions, and we can help customers in sourcing these. We can manufacture any required bespoke size required. Cushion inners can be supplied, and we have different fillings available depending on your requirements.
